Finding this business was a complete accident, but it was worth it. I have struggled with a used MacBook Pro A1708 (Intel) for almost two years. First, I had a broken screen after a mild hit. Nothing that would have damaged older MacBook models. Also, the overheating was always insane. Oh, I forgot to mention the key caps coming out of the keyboard, which ended up being the drop overflowing the cup for me. I decided to replace that old MacBook Pro with a similar one but with an M1 processor. I found MacPro-LA browsing on my phone this last Saturday night. The customer reviews played a vital role in my decision to give it a try. I used to buy from another company, but the previous experience marked the end of that commercial relationship. On Monday, Vivian reached out to me to confirm the order. On Wednesday morning, I received the M1-based MacBook Pro in Hawai'i. It came exactly as described on their website (A-Grade condition). I couldn't be happier about this machine. The condition, performance, and battery life are outstanding. As a non-profit head, I am always looking for good deals on used Mac equipment, and I am positive MacPro-LA will become our Mac supplier for future needs. I highly recommend them. Their customer service and equipment are top-notch.

When I was in college, during finals, my macbook pro had issues. I brought it here and they fixed in within a day or two. I don’t remember what it cost, because clearly it was well worth it. I had first gone to a different repair place (on Melrose) and they weren’t able to help me and theyy sent me to them! Pretty cool.
