If you are not satisfied with your MacPro-LA purchase of a product, please email info@macprola.com for a Return Material Authorization (RMA).

• Returns may only be requested within fourteen (14) days of delivery. We issue a refund less original and return (if applicable) shipping and handling following return and inspection.

• Refunds are processed within five (5) business days of return. Store credit refunds are available for immediate use, while refunds to the original payment method are typically available within ten (10) business days of processing.

• Refunds, including store credits, are unable to be modified once processed.

Note:

MacPro-LA recommends that you (1) use a carrier that offers shipment tracking for all returns and (2) either insure your package for safe return to MacPro-LA or declare the full value of the shipment so that you are completely protected if the shipment is lost or damaged in transit. If you choose not to (1) use a carrier that offers tracking or (2) insure or declare the full value of the product, you will be responsible for any loss or damage to the product during shipping.
